Retained Search

Occasionally a district will have a specific need that they have been unable to fill on their own.  This is where the Retained Search comes into play.  We are looking for just one person and all of our efforts will be in doing that until we are successful.  The process works exactly as it does for the outsource recruiting effort with the exception of the fee, which we require that 50% of the fee be paid prior to the search commencing.
